1983 Honda CB

Its time to clean out the pole building - So my motorcycles and projects must go... You are looking at a 1983 Honda CB1000 Custom Motorcycle, its a nice and unique bike that I have really liked over the years. This has the dual shifter with a Hi and Lo range that gives a total of 10 gears, I have always left it high unless your riding in tight areas. I had a black one of these when I was in the military and loved it and road it everywhere, so I thought I would buy this one and remember the good old days, but its time to sell. Its not perfect but, for an 83 its pretty nice, It runs pretty well but would run even better with a tune up. The tach cable squeaks sometimes and the low beam on the headlight does not work, but I always ran it with the High beam so everyone see's me! I think one of the fork seals leak and you can see scrape marks on the left botton engine cover & foot peg where it looks like someone laid it down sometime in its life. And it needs a right side mirror. I try to add all issues so you know what you getting. Its a great bike and with a tune up and your own customizing it will be even better.  I just added new tires. It also has windshield and extended forward foot pegs for nice highway cruising. The seat is soft with no rips I have plenty of pictures so if you would like more feel free to email with where I can email them and I will send them out to you. I have had alot of luck using USHIP.COM. As far as payment goes I expect a $1000 deposit made within 72 hours of auctions end and the remainder to be paid within 10 days of auctions end. You can via certified bank check, paypal for deposit and maybe even the total depending on what extra paypal charges me for that.
