1995 Ford Mustang Cobra Convertible with factory removable hardtop. This is one of 499 Cobra convertibles so equipped, and it is the only Mustang every made by factory production that came with the hardtop option. There were a total of 1001 Cobra convertibles in '95, but just 499 came with the hardtop. All of them had a convertible top. This particular car is very low mileage and it looks it. It drives and rides great and all mechanicals function properly. It has only a couple of minor scratches and you have to look to find those. For those not familiar with the model; It has the 5.0 v8 engine (the last of those), a five speed manual transmission that shifts really well, AM Stereo/FM Stereo radio, tape and cd player. The hardtop has a cover and a storage cart. When the hardtop is on the car, you really can't tell it's a convertible. Ford did a superb job with this top.....better than the Thunderbirds. It even has a plug in wiring harness with dome light and rear window defroster. The convertible top is power and it is behind the passenger seat just as in all Mustang convertibles. The exterior is black with a black convertible top. The interior is tan. The interior and convertible top for this car are both in excellent condition. I bought this Cobra in early January and have kept it in my garage every night. The previous owner in Florida apparently did the same. The paint is very shiny, seats look really good, and the carpet is also looking really good. I will put up more pictures within a day or so. Feel free to ask any questions. Come and inspect the car.
