This 2002 Jaguar XJR-100 is one of just 500 produced worldwide (all to identical spec's) to celebrate the birth of Jaguar's founder Sir William Lyons. Plug XJR-100 into any search engine and you can bring up numerous articles that were written about this special vehicle. The XJR-100 was built on a stretched frame which allows for plenty of room in the back seat for full size adults. In addition to the 4.0 supercharged engine, rated at 370 hp, many custom features were added to this special edition vehicle. The exterior is "anthracite" in color (a sort of subtle black sparkle), the interior is black with special red stitching. The interior woodgrain is a gray stained bird's-eye maple. Notice the special stainless steel XJR-100 sill plates at each door opening. The wheels are factory correct BBS "Montreal" 19" rims and the all wheel disc brakes are provided by Brembo with cross-drilled rotors. The only non-original feature of this vehicle are the tires. It came with Pirellis, but I replaced them with Michelin Pilots (which actually provide a better ride) at about 20,000 miles. Also included is a trunked mounted CD changer and navigation system. I purchased this car used from a Florida dealership with only 9,000 miles on it in late 2003. I have included a photocopy of an oil change invoice from last spring that will give you a good indication of how many miles I drove the car each year. (Look in upper right corner of invoice) It has been my summer occasional driving car for eight years, but you can see that last summer I drove it less than 500 miles. I've decided to sell it to make room in the garage for something new. The condition of this vehicle is truly showroom worthy. For someone who wants to add this limited edition model to a Jaguar collection it would be an excellent choice. This vehicle has never been in an accident. This vehicle has never been repainted or had any touchup paint applied to it.I have added to pictures that I tried to shoot looking down the side of the body from the rear forward to show that there are no door dings. There is one very tiny scratch on the right rear fender that is about one inch long and it does not go down to primer. It is so hard to spot that my camera would not pick it up.Service - I previously posted the oil change invoice. I just added the brake work invoice. There was no other service work performed on the vehicle. It runs great and is not in need of any service work.
