Terms of Sale Private Auction The buyer will submit a $500 deposit 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 14 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before removal of the vehicle. If deposit or balance is not received within time frame indicated, buyer may forfeit their deposit, right to purchase, and the vehicle will be re-listed. Vehicle must be picked up no later than 30 days following end of auction (above payment terms must be met). A $10/day fee may be assessed if not picked up within the 30 days unless other arrangements are made in writing. We are always willing to work with the buyer.
