Vehicle Detail
1 of 72 !!!!!RARE RARE RARE RARE RARE!!!! 1 of 72 I have a very rare 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra Convertible in true Competition Orange. For all the cobra lovers, they only produced 72 in competition orange for the Cobra Convertible. So that means only 71 other people have one in the world. Here is a link to the production numbers of the Cobra, or you can research it yourself. http://yellowmustangregistry.com/Production04Cobra.html Engine: 4.6 supercharged V8. 6 speed. Only 63,012 miles. The car was dyno-tuned and chipped a few years back by the previous owner. 556 hp 501 tq 473 rwhp. (Yes I still have the slips to the tune.) Upgraded pullies, the boost is increased on the supercharger. (You can tell when you give it some throttle because the factory boost is only 8; it looks like it is putting out 13-14 or so psi by judging the gauges). Upgraded spark plugs, Short throw shifter with hurst shift knob. Double drilled brake rotors. A Cold air intake system. An off-road x-pipe with performance mufflers. The car has been lowered for handling purposes so it does sit low. The tires are in good condition and I have not spun them, these tires are too expensive to waste. The previous owner and I used Royal Purple Fully Synthetic Performance oil because it is simply the best oil. It was changed every 3,000 miles. I suggest that the next owner keep it changed with the same, but it is very expensive oil but it is worth it. I kept my receipt for the last oil change (800 miles ago) the so the next owner will know what to get and when to get it. I always used premium gas and I suggest that it always be used for the performance tune that is on the car. The car had a complete inspection in 2010 and passed. This car was ALWAYS taken care of, NEVER abused and not even used as a daily driver, just a weekend cruiser, that is why is has very low miles. Exterior: The car was always garaged kept until moving to Florida recently. I have been here for 5 months and I hate not having a garage, but I had to move. The exterior of the car is in good condition. I always waxed the car every 3 or 4 months and you can tell by its shine! The few flaws of the paint will be added to the pictures for you to view because I am honest and you may not even notice them. The car is accident free, so when you run a car fax, you will see it’s perfect. The convertible top still looks new and goes up and down with no problems. Also has a roll bar with light to make the car even safer. Has window tint but nothing dark. The tail lights are blacked out and it looks awesome with the orange scheme! Interior: The interior is leather seats with suede inserts in the color of midnight black (Another very rare option). The seats are in good condition (no tears or rips) and even the driver’s seat had held up pretty good being leather. The carpet is clean, I always use floor mats. 6 CD changer with the mach system. I am only selling my car because I moved to St. Pete Beach, FL and it is simply rough to make the car payment and insurance every month because the cost of living is more, and I hate simply not having a garage anymore. I do not want to sell it, only need to. I am only selling the car for payoff. This car looks great and is mechanically sound! Research the suggested retail value on kbb with the features. Excellent condition suggestion retail is $26,250 and they do not factor in there are only 72 of these! I tried to post the link to the kbb value but it keeps changing the cars mileage and features on the link. I always suggest for the buyer to come look at the vehicle in person, but if you are going to have the vehicle shipped, the buyer is responsible for all arrangements. PS: I had list this vehicle 3 times now do to non paying buyers because their funds was not met prior to bidding on the auction. Simply do not bid if you don't have the funds. I even had several higher offers than my reserve after the auction closed, (Both buyers never even showed up to look at car because they didn't end up having the funds available) I am now requiring a $750.00 non-refundable deposit through paypal because it COSTS me to RELIST the car due to . Thanks for understanding. If you have any questions, please, just ask. Good luck and happy bidding on this rare competition orange terminator!
