2006 Chevy Suburban 4WD - Original Owner I am the original owner of this Suburban. It's in good condition and has lots of extra features, including new Michelin tires. Centrally located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri for easy pickup. We are selling it because we are downsizing, it is a great truck. 84,797 miles +/- 5.3L Vortec V8 w/ E85 flex-fuel capability. Brand new top-of-the line 17" Michelin tires (LTX MS2). This is a $1,000 set of tires. 4-wheel drive w/Auto mode Locking rear differential plus electronic traction control 4.10 drive gears for great towing but good gas mileage Tow package w/ Tekonsha prodigy brake controller (dynamic, top quality controller). Tows up to 8,000 lbs easily. LS package with 1SK, center console, and Bose radio package (single CD). 8 passenger seating. 2 front, 3 middle, 3 rear, plus additional cargo space behind that. Has a custom RAM-brand laptop computer mount and Dell Dimension direct power plug. I can remove them if you don't want them. MP3 connection (stereo jack) for plugging in your iPod or other audio source and feeding direct to the stereo. Steering wheel radio controls. Built-in NightWatch CB weather radio with custom antenna jack in the rear of the Suburban and short-whip Wilson antenna. (Can be removed easily if desired.) Non smoking. No accidents. Replaced 4WD mode shift motor in 2010. New battery late 2010. Used primarily as a sales call vehicle for my own business, with a lot of highway miles and some in town. Occasionally towed a private recreational vehicle. Extremely well taken care of with regular oil changes and all maintenance. Dealer has performed all repairs including a new 4WD motor in 2010 and factory recall repairs. Has a missing piece of carpet mainly under the rear floormats. Was transporting a car battery home from the auto parts store and it tipped over. Had it professionally cleaned up but some of the was stained and needed to be removed. Other than that the carpet is in good shape throughout. Small tear in driver seat fabric by seat belt buckle. This is common on this model truck. Not sure why. Surface scratch on rear quarter panel.
