up for a no reserve auction is a clean 2002 outback wagon,i am selling this car as total mileage unknown(tmu) the reason i am doing this is that the dealer i bought this from told me that when it was traded in for a new car the owner explained that he changed the instrument cluster with a cluster that read 200k but he said the car really had 125k, he's a reputable volvo dealer so i believed him and bought the car. i changed the cluster with one that was closer to the 125k and it now reads 103k. i know it's a long story but judging from the overall look and drive of the car i dont believe it has 200k on it. the engine runs fine with no smoke or leaks or check lights on,the transmission shifts smooth and it drives straight down the road tight and quiet.(it has new brakes,rotors,wheel bearings)the interior is very clean and everything works,the exterior is clean also with normal wear with a scrape on the drivers door and minor road chips.(see pic's) the tires are about 80% and the exhaust is quiet. overall this a good running car with lots of life left, i wouldn't of bought this car had i thought it had 200k on it. it just doesnt show the signs.i reserve the right to end the auction early should it be sold locally and if you have zero feedbacks you need to contact me or your bids will be canceled. if you have any questions or want to make an offer to end the auction email or call me(978-870-4438) dave. thankyou and goodluck!On Apr-01-11 at 10:29:24 PDT, seller added the following information: sorry i didn't mention that the timing belt was just changed this past week.
