Classic 1957 THUNDERBIRD Convertible VIN D7FH108165 A Fifties Classic, the vehicle which defined style and excitement when it was first introduced. Originally purchased in Washington State. The T-Bird was an Estate Sale find out of Southern California. The Previous owner had this car for nearly 40 years. It was his daily driver. In fact, I even have the original window sticker with the car along with the California Pink Slip! The 312 cu in (5.1 L) Y-block V8 with a Ford-O-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission are original. They have been rebuilt and they run and drive great. The car runs and drives straight. It leaks a little oil and trans fluid. (they all do if not used regularly) The previous owner did some interior work and it looks good. I want to be as honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle. The pictures actually make the car look better than the actual condition. (when is the last time someone told you that?) For example, there are 3 bubbles in the paint on the hood that cannot be seen in the pictures. However, 95% of the people that see the car say it looks great. The car runs and drives very well. The body being in Black shows every imperfection. The paint looks very good from five feet, but if you want to show the car locally it should be repainted. The chrome bumpers are in great condition. The tires are new and the brakes work well. The soft top is in good condition. There is no Hard Top. We are including a new trunk mat for the car. I have a folder full of receipts.
