2004 SUZUKI DRZ400E - Purchased New in 2009 - Updated and Ready to Roll This is a like new SUZUKI DRZ-400E that I purchased last year for my winter project. My goal was to set the bike up to be able to handle offroad Enduros / Dualsport Events / Adventure Touring. I realized that I have more fun working on the bike that I do riding. (not sure why). I am selling it on Ebay so I can get some money for a new project. This bike was a dealer leftover (way leftover) purchased by the original owner in July of 2009. He didn't have much time to ride it and ended up selling it to me in July 2010 to help pay for his new motorhome. I got the bike with 77 miles on it. I have added another 15 miles riding it around my neighborhood. I have all the paperwork from the original sale in 2009. I have a clear Mississippi title and registration. The reason I picked the DRZ"E" over the DRZ"S" is that it starts out 30lbs lighter, 8 more hp (higher compression, more agressive cams, Klein carb). The sprocket ratios are better set-up for dirt (14/47) versus the "S" at (15/44). That's personal preference I guess. Here is a list of the updates and upgrades that I have done to date.
