When the car was purchased the previous owner had titled the car in Virginia with approximately 128,000 miles on the car. I am not selling this car as a 28,000 mile car or saying that it is one, but I will tell you that it looks to be and may very well be a true 28,000 mile car with a mistake made somewhere along the line with DMV.
