On Mar-29-11 at 18:50:05 PDT, seller added the following information: I wasn't quite sure why AutoCheck wasn't able to pull a history report for the car. I knew the VIN was listed properly though because if you do a VIN search on a site like decodethis.com it shows the correct vehicle information. I tried going to the AutoCheck site directly and when you enter the VIN it says "We're sorry, but there is not enough information available in our records". So it's not saying it's invalid, it just says there's not enough records. After researching around some more I entered the VIN on CARFAX and it showed there were 2 records found. I wasn't too excited about paying $40 just to see what 2 records they have listed since I'm sure if it was anything of importance AutoCheck would document it as well. I received quite a few inquiries about the report not showing up so I went ahead and took the plunge and purchased the CARFAX report which I have attached here so hopefully that helps. Answers to some common questions I've received... The car comes with a clean and clear CA title. There's absolutely no rust or paint bubbling anywhere on this car. No oil leaks, brakes were recently checked and are in good condition, tires were replaced about two years ago but have seen very little mileage since. I would say there's 90% left on the tires.
