Selling as is. My car has been setting up for about a year now and needs to go to someone who has the time to fix it or salvage it to fix up their current Mazda. The check engine light is on and I got it checked at Auto Zone. The code they gave me referred to a bad cam shaft sensor. After changing the sensor the check engine light stayed on with the same error code. I stop using it after the dealership told me that the computer had "crashed" and that it will need to be reprogrammed or replaced. This prevents the car from starting properly. Basically, I was driving to the movies and the car suddenly jerked and from that point on it would not start properly. After several attempts the car will eventually start when the motor gets warmer (temp sensor to the computer). Honestly it will take about thirty minutes on a summer day to start it. The interior is fine it will need a good shampoo. The only physical damage is a broken right rear passenger window (broken into to get my tools) that has been replaced by plexiglas and a small dent more like a scratch on the left rear passenger fender well by someone's shopping cart . About a month before the computer issue happened I put new tires on the car. Buyer is responsible for pickup!!!! I'm no mechanic but from what the dealer said as stated above reprogramming or replacing the computer should fix the problem but because its been sitting up over a year I know it needs a good tuneup or just a good car to salvage to fix up your current Mazda.
