I first purchased this vehicle abut eight years ago. I bought this vehicle as a rebuilt title car that had minor front end damage to the radiator support. I picked up a totaled cobra and swapped in the leather interior, cobra brakes, and air bags. I decided to build the 302 for it and add steeda springs, 3.73 gears, chassis engineering upper and lower control arms. After daily driving the car for several years I grew tired of the lack luster performance of the 5.0 engine and purchased a 5.8l(351) roller crate motor with a z-303 cam, FMS heavy duty engine girdle, x-303 aluminum svo cylinder heads with stainless steel valves, up graded springs, keepers and retainers to support the camshaft. Once I decided to go with a turbocharged setup I picked up and installed the following items, there is actually way too much stuff to list in total and ive likely forgotten half of the components installed in this car but these items are to name a few: polished spider 351 intake with fuel rails and elbow 75mm professional products throttle body and elbow 80lb per hr Siemens Deka fuel injectors AEM stand alone management system(converting the car to speed density) AEM wide band oxygen sensor Auto-meter phantom water temp, oil pressure, fuel pressure , and boost gauges DIY turbo set-up with a Turbonetics 76mm twinn bb turbo and a tial 44mm wastegate Fluid Dampner balancer Custom crank case evac system 3" down pipe Griffin 3core aluminum radiator RCI aluminum fuel cell Aeromotive A-1000 pump & filter with -8 feed -6 return Saleen SA-10 style wheels, 17/8.5 and 17/10.5 rear MSD 6AL and coil Transmission rebuilt with hardened gears and shaft Cobra breaks and body kit all around Custom built dual friction puck clutch Steeda tri-ax So heres the deal, this car is stupid fast. Boost comes on real hard and uber fast and this car pulls like a freight train in any gear. The car drives smooth and clear otherwise and is a daily driver for all intensive purposes. I actually drive it to work 3-4 times a week and thats about 15 miles each way. I have been building and working on this car for the last 8 years. Its been a labor of love and im sure the pictures will show. there are a few things that do need attention in my book. while they are minor im going to mention them anyway. i painted the car a year ago and on two seperate occassions someone has nudged my bumpers. it makes me sick because im so anal about my car but nonetheless. there are two paint spots that will need to be repaired, one on each bumper and the pics show the extent, the rest of the paint is near perfect show finish. those two spots can be fixed pretty easily though. and the window tint is in rough shape, it needs to be pulled and replaced. There is also a small oil leak from the front main seal, its no major deal to fix, but nonetheless a small leak. those are the only things the car needs. everything else is in great shape on the car and you can get into it and drive it anywhere. I built this car to be a real animal, turned out to be even more so than i expected. it is currently tuned down to 13lbs of boost. while it is easily capable or 20+lbs of boost at only 13 it is quite scary enough for me. current configuration is putting down 597.9hp and 624.5tq. and yeah, thats to the wheels not the crank. even with the 10.5 meats on the back this car will start spinning the tires at 120mph. it is crazy, if you wanna go faster thats on you and is as easy as turning a knob, but only after you take delivery. As can be seen in the photos i didnt spare any expense in building this car and wanted it right from the get go which is the way you see it now. the car is located in tampa florida and can be seen and or expected at any time. there will be no joy rides of any kind, cash is expected at delivery, NO WIRES OR CASHIER'S ANYTHING, CASH ON DELIVERY ONLY.
