I have for sale a 1974 Jeep CJ5. It is very close to being Show Ready. Its a 3 speed manual with a good clutch powered by a 304 small block with 2 4 barrel Edelbrock Performance 500 Carburetters, long tube headers with a straight pipe out the side, which sounds amazing along with the cam installed that hits a nice lick. The engine is bored 30 over and runs and drives great. Its been built for years and never an issue. The tires are almost new and ride great, the paint is perfect almost a frew little spots here and there where I filled the holes which could be done in about 20 minutes. The body is fiberglass so it super lightweight and perfect for the mud and easy to fix if you get scratches and what not. This could definitely be a show Jeep as it sits. I have never shown it but I have people say something to me EVERYTIME I'm out in it or even parked outside at my house. There is ALOT of money in this Jeep and it sounds and shows too but it sits here most of the time so I just hate to let it sit when it could be shown or used as a Jeep. It comes with just a Bikini top is all an no doors you can do that. The Jeep will run and drive anywhere you need it to go but does need a few things still, like I blew a fuse in the headlights the other night and now can't get them on I'm sure its an easy fix but I don't know how to do that type of stuff and some of the gauges have not been hooked up yet since they were installed. The speedo is hooked up and the gas gauge but the rest are just add ons and not needed but they have been installed. Last but not least do not waste my time if you are not serious and don't plan to buy. I can also help with shipping if you need it, or pick you up at the airport but I would not suggest driving fast on the highway as this was built for off road aor short drives on slower roads as all CJ'S are. You will love this Jeep I promise.
