1953 MG TD Absolutely rust free California car, now living inside in Florida Highly dependable New Haartz top New Vinyl tonneau Clear rear window and side curtains (never used) Always starts easily, and runs strong Unrestored, but as you can see from links to pictures very good looking A 58 year old car that you could drive across country ( if you had the time) As you will expect with a car of this vintage, there are numerous cosmetic imperfections Metal spare tire cover- I've never seen another Wood replaced by prior owner New brakes, brake cylinders, rubber hoses Always runs at proper temp--never overheats even in Florida traffic! I'm older than the car, and have never driven it without tender care. I would guess it has about 65,000 miles, but really don't know. The odometer doesn't work. The tachometer is iffy at best. I just replaced the oil and temperature compound gauge. There is a modern electronic fuel pump under the car, but the SU pump worked and the gas still goes through it. There are two extra fuel filters in-line. The extra brake and running lights on the rear are held on with clamps and can be removed if you wish. In Florida, you need all the protection you can get. All the tires are good; the spare is new. The brakes stop well and straight. If you have a rating of 5 or less, contact me before you bid. If you are expecting a showroom new car, this car is almost 60 years old. If you don't know TDs, ask about them before you bid. Immediate payment of $500 to PayPal as a non refundable deposit. The balance by certified check or cash if you pick it up. Ask questions before you bid. No I won't tell you the reserve, but it is reasonable.
