1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. 331 stroker engine with Ford SVO GT-40 aluminum heads. Engine installed 4 years ago and has approximately 3000 miles on it. Ford Racing 5 speed manual transmission, with manual clutch. 3.50:1 posi-track 8 inch rear end, good match with the 5 speed stick . Total Control Products manual rack and pinion steering. 17" Bullitt wheels with front disc brakes. Custom instrument cluster (original cluster I removed comes with car). AM/FM radio. Wiring from firewall forward is all new. Beautiful car, have built most of it the last 6 years, ready for another project. Also have the original Eaton power steering unit and ram I removed from the car when the rack and pinion was installed. New gas tank with sending unit, all rear drum brake components replaced, emergency brake works. Odometer reads 2317 miles, but it is new and not original to the car. Upgraded to a 2 reservoir master cylinder for safety. Lower and upper A arms have been replaced and Global West control struts installed. Cowl, trunk, floor pans and wheel wells are in great shape, pics included Car runs great and is fast. Clean title, ready to transfer. Located in Louisville, Kentucky. I bought this car out of California in 2004, the metal is solid. The first picture shows the car at the start/finish line at the Kentucky Speedway taken in 2010. Has been to many cruises, parades and shows. Car was built to drive, not a trailer queen. No trades considered.
