Vehicle Detail
The wipers, cig lighter, lights, heater motor, wound the clock a little, gas gauge, amp....EVERYTHING works already....Needs paint, interior work, and general detailing. NO RESERVE....FULLY DOCUMENTED-***HAVE PHS, MATCHES CAR, COWL TAG, ENGINE NUMBERS, AND VIN PLATE ! 1973 Trans Am, orig #'s match 455HO rebuilt, Original Carb., auto, Buccaneer Red "75", White interior, Honey Comb wheels, orig manifolds. ***Car needs restored but has no rust on body or trunk, (Driver door will need a skin, rear lower INNER panel will need replaced, and trunk drop offs need replaced) has surface rust on floors from storage, just needs cleaning and recoated. Except for those areas, there is no body work to be done, beside prep and paint, and decals. The car has had one repaint (Garnet Red, darker than Buc Red), last owner had it since 1981, almost 30 years, sold new in Chicago and stayed in it's home town, stored inside. Car will be beautiful in it's orig Buc Red, with the orange, red, and black Bird and "Trans Am" graphics ! Especially with white interior. Interior is orig, and not bad.***The dash pad top to bottom is nice, doesn't need replaced, which is rare ! ***Seat covers (bad), headliner, carpet, console, door panels, rear speaker panel, rear sail panels will need either repaint or replacing to make the interior show condition. Formula wheel is nice-- (correction, has one divit out of foam at driver side spoke), will need paint as well as collar painted.Engine rebuilt, runs great very strong, will need detailed again, not bad. Engine compartment walls are satin black, but will look great with light sanding and respray.Good solid car to restore that will be beautiful and worth a lot of money when you are done !
