Vehicle Detail

I have owned this car for over 11 years and it has always been garaged kept. It looks and runs great and gets a lot of attention. It runs straight and smooth down the expressway and has tight suspension. The car is equipped with a 390FE Series Big Block. I purchased the car this way and it has always been a dependable, turn key car. Most mustangs you find, will have small blocks (289, 302, 351, etc.), not big blocks. It has a Carter Competition Series 750 4 barrel carburetor, Carburetor spacer Mallory Unilite electronic ignition Mallory Promaster Coil Hi-performance torque starter Taylor Spiro Pro 8mm Silicone Spark plug wires K&N Air Filter, Hooker Super Competition Headers with custom dual exhaust and Accelerator Mufflers C6 Automatic Transmission which was rebuilt in 2005 with a B&M Shift Kit and Trick shift fluid. At that time, it also received new transmission lines, U-joints and oil pan and oil pick-up. It has an 8 inch rear differential and was told that the gear ratio is 3.73. It is a solid rust free car with original clean floors. It was painted approximately 6 years ago but still looks great since it is used infrequently. The car received 4-5 coats of PPG Acrylic Lacquer DDL-2677 Canary Yellow and 4-5 coats of Clear Coat. It has the turn-signal hood and a chrome Monte Carlo Bar. In 2007, the car received American Racing Equipment Torq Thrust D Wheels; part 105576. Wheels are 15x7 with upgraded aluminum center caps. New BF Goodrich TA Tires. Front – 215/70/15 and Rear- 225/70/15. New spare tire at this time as well. The interior features a Custom Grant Mahogany Steering Wheel. Sun-pro tachometer. Some interior deluxe trim pieces such as overhead console, center console, and hard back seats. Rear Seat/Trunk divider made of thick gauge steel for safety. Aiwa stereo/CD player with MTX audio amplifier, and Infinity 6x9 speakers. Miscellaneous items which could use some finishing are as follows: The heater is disconnected, speedometer not connected, and the interior needs minor finishing. It is a fun, reliable car, and an excellent investment. Car is equipped with an alarm and two cut-off switches (fuel and battery). I have a folder of receipts which I will provide to the new owner as well. VIN: 7R01T173939 Enjoy and Happy Bidding! Feel free to call 708/822-9195 or email me for any additional information.
