Porsche only made 944 Cabriolet's for 2 years and this is a limited production vehicle. The S2 drivetrain is arguably the most desirable of all 944's including the turbo. The convertible gave the 944 a whole new "speedster" type look that changed the entire perception of the car. These are becoming quite collectible and have an extensive following. 944 S2's are superb driving automobiles, far surpassing anything else in the class. Do your research... :) This 944 was maintained meticulously and pampered and it shows. Southern car it's entire life. Body and paint are excellent showing only the most minor niks and scratches. Top is in excellent condition and works properly. Boot is also excellent. Has factory Porsche 18 inch cup rims... the real deal, not replicas. Tires are near new. Looks, questions, and compliments everywhere we go. The car runs and drives superb. Performance and handling are invigorating. Everything works exactly as it should... no wiggles, rattles, or shakes... no funny business. 5 speed shifts incredibly smooth, clutch is tight and strong. Suspension and brakes feel like new. The car had a complete, major service at 59,000 miles including timing belt, water pump, brake service/ flush.... 63,000 miles on the clock now. Has the optional Limited Slip rear axle. Interior is also excellent and everything works and performs properly. Ice cold A/C. Options include Premium sound, Headlight washers, and Leather. Overall this is a stunning example of a very desirable S2 Cab... Excellent as a weekend pleasure car or daily driver. Amazing package of aesthetics and performance. No disappointments here... fly in and drive it home. The car is located in Beverly Hills...
