The exterior features all original stainless and bright work throughout. The bumper chrome is pitted as are the door handles. The black finish is older has has many flaws on close inspection. There are a number of chips and imperfections. The body looks to be in good condition throughout, with exception of the paintwork. This is a 20-footer in regards to paint and chrome condition. This car sits right thanks to 17-inch American Racing Torque Thrust wheels wrapped in newer performance radial tires sized at 275/40R17s and 245/45R17s. The interior features good red & black vinyl seating along with the original gauges and steering wheel. The back seat is in good condition as are the door panels. An aftermarket cassette stereo was installed at some time in the past. Under the hood is the rebuilt 235 c.i. 6 cylinder engine. This strong running inline 6 is paired with the correct 3-speed manual transmission. The clutch grips good and the car shifts through all the gears, including reverse. Closer inspection of the engine compartment will reveal the factory solid original firewall, inner fenders, and core support. The factory trim identification plate is still mounted in its original location, wow. The original V.I.N. tag is in place. The undercarriage looks to be exceptionally solid throughout. We noted a small repair on the driver's side front floor pan (pictured). The door undersides are solid. The trunk pan is clean and solid as well as are the trunk lips.
