This 2001 model is in excellent shape inside and out, and it has just 61,641 original miles on it. The Mazda includes a CD player, power windows, alloy wheels and more. This one adds an automatic transmission and ABS. It is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner, who obviously took very, very good care of it. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines brilliantly. The Autocheck report is clean, showing no accident or flood history. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The top is in excellent shape with no holes or tears. The seats are in very good condition with no holes or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. This Miata has some nice features: Power windows and mirrors; central locks, remote entry, cold air conditioning; rear defroster, and more. Safety features include dual air bags. This 5 speed model is more fun to drive than the automatic, its just more responsive. This 1.8 liter runs very well. Its window-sticker rated at 23/28 mpg with the manual transmission. The manual is with the car. The trunk is clean. The boot for the top and set of mats are with the car. The tires have good tread remaining all the way around. Current mileage on the car is 61,641. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
