This auction features a rare long-bed pick-up truck. With it's 96"(8')L X 63"(5'3")W bed, making it a formidable hauler. It has a TUFFY bed-liner which obviously has visual shortcomings. Also the rear bumper got whacked about 7 years ago as I was rear-ended by another pick-up but never had the bumper repaired. There was no other problems that resulted from that accident either, ie frame,alignment or rear lights. Funny how Carfax did not pick up on this as it was reported. The long bed was the original reason I bought this truck as I was frustrated with the limited capacity of the short beds. This is a full grown truck! Now while this vehicle has much visible cosmetic ware, mechanically is where it makes up much ground for it's visual shortcomings. I have always considered it a work truck and as such it has not been babied by any stretch of the imagination. So it has dents, dings, spills, stains & cracks virtually everywhere. But I dare say with impunity that I would not hesitate to drive it from here to California or Alaska today! I have had it completely tuned up and have virtually all major service records. I say virtually all because there are a few missing. But since I have owned this truck, I have consistently had the oil changed and also maintained it accordingly. I will e-mail you those service records at your request. When I first got the truck back in 2003, after about 6 months the rear end was replaced. My cousin & I replaced the front disc brakes completely rotors & all about 4 years ago and just last year had the rear brakes done. A/C blows hard & cold as well as heat. Tires are full of tread at just over 10K miles of ware. There is much damage to the dash board due to heat cracking and also the drink holder that pops down is no longer there. Headliner is intact & cloth seats while needing to be cleaned, are not torn anywhere to my knowledge. Some of the tinting window film especially on the passengers side have came off. These things could be procured at a junk yard & replaced. I never fixed them as my health has declined which is also why I am parting with the truck. But all is well under the hood. About 2 years ago I even replaced the radiator. I also installed a Sony AM/FM Single CD/Mp3 head unit about 3 years ago, which has 50 watts per channel pre-amped output and has a removable face plate.
