You are bidding on a 2003 Acura Cl Type S. This car is in good shape and FAST! it has a cold air intake installed (see pictures)This has been a tremendously dependent car. I purchased it with 40K miles on it and have had ZERO mechanical issues since. Everything on the car works good, as mentioned mechanically it has been a dream. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles. Car just had a tune up in last 2 months.See pictures for more details. there are a few small scratches on the back bumper and on the back right quarter panel. If you aren't right on top of them you probably wont notice. Also the top of the trunk lid was previously painted, and you can see the line where it was painted see picture, according to some people I have spoken to the simple fix is to have a paint shop to paint the entire lid not just the top (see picture). Again unless you are right on top of it you probably wont notice. Personally I would rather over disclose so you have plenty of information. Again this car is in good condition. I wont lie and tell you its not perfect, it is a 2003 model and contrary to what any seller tells you no 2003 model will be perfect it has a few small nicks and the trunk lid situation, however it has been driven responsibly and has been maintained well. If you are looking for a dependable car that is very fast and a lot of fun to drive for a great bargain this is a fantastic car. With the cold air intake I have been able to get almost 30 miles to the gallon on a road trip. The carpet is in excellent shape! I had rubber mats down to keep the carpet in great shape. The leather is fantastic on both front seats, the back passenger side has less than a 1 inch tear where my daughters car seat caught on it, this is the ONLY issue with the leather, otherwise perfect! On Mar-08-11 at 19:32:53 PST, seller added the following information:In the spirit of full disclosure I am updating the description to tell about one other issue on the car that to be honest slipped my mind and I wanted to add once I remembered, also according to many websites is pretty standard on CL-S's I replaced the drivers side headlight and it works intermittently or flickers sometimes, I understand from research this is the ballast and can be replaced with an aftermarket kit, I haven't done this because it has worked some when I have driven at night, and to be honest for the last yr or so because of having kids this was my day time (work car) and if I went anywhere at night drove our other older 4 door car to get the kids in the car seats easier. According to my research this is standard on these cars, these ballasts do go out from time to time and are an easy fix. Again I want to over disclose everything so you know exactly what you are bidding on, and I still stand 100% behind my description and will tell you without hesitation this is a fantastic car and you can get this for a fantastic buy!
