1996 Ford Ranger 2.3L/4cylinder, 5 speed manual, 2 wheel drive, with 146xxx miles. It is a great truck and there is nothing what so ever wrong with it in any way. It runs, shifts, and drives like new. It is great on gas. Perfect first vehicle or daily driver. The only reason I am selling it is because I need money and I have to get rid of it. The good(s) [all professionally installed]: - CLEAN title in my name, in hand - NO mechanical issues, problems, annoyances, anything. - Gibson exhaust - K&N intake - 20 inch American Racing wheels/tires (worth $2000) - lowered 2.5 inches - extra set of stock ranger wheels with new tires on them - fiberglass Ford SVT hood - black powder coated billet grill - inspected until 9/11 - Sir Michael's steel rollpan - alignment done last week - oil change done last week - NON SMOKER owned - truck is CLEAN inside and out. very minor nicks and scratches in the paint (as expected from a 15 year old vehicle) - ZERO RUST ANYWHERE. The underside of the truck was undercoated. There is literally NO rust anywhere on this truck. - Alpine speakers/Sony head unit - has bucket seats and carpet floor. ZERO rips, tears or burns anywhere. ZERO cracks or tears on dash or headliner. - tinted (legal) - step side bed PRICE: The kelly blue book value is between $2500-$2700 without any of the added parts. I would like to get around $4000-$4500 for it. Reserve is $3500. A $500 deposit is due WITHIN 24 HOURS of winning bid and/or buy it now. Remaining balance is to be piad in full WITHIN 5 DAYS of auction end. I am open to potential trades. I would consider trades for a '97 and older 4x4 ranger OR a '95 and older SHO. I will take a cheaper ranger/SHO and cash also (a nice older ranger/SHO and $1000-$2000 cash depending on what you have).
