'71 Chevrolet shortbed fleetside pickup truck. Began its life as a longbed, but the frame was converted to a shortbed wheelbase chassis. This truck is a Custom/10 which includes the following: A/C (uncut) dash Chrome moldings for front windshield and rear glass Side marker lights 265/60/15 tires were just recently replaced, mounted on 15x8" truck rally wheels with beauty rings. The fleet bed is an OEM bed that has been completely media blasted to bare metal, and professionally sprayed with black epoxy primer. This was not a backyard rattle can job. The bed is NOT a repop Asian sheetmetal. Front header panel is straight and dent-free, along with the tailgate - great condition. 350 crate motor has less than 10k miles on it. Brand new grille with Euro headlights and heavy duty wiring harness installed - just a bright as a new truck. New front bumper and clear parking lenses. Previous owner replaced the rockers on both sides. This truck needs a little extra TLC, but is already a great daily driver. The truck needs a couple of extra things such as the speedo being hooked up, eBrake connected, bed painted to match the truck. Previous owner cut a couple small holes on both sides 1 1/2" x 3" to drain the water over the winter, these will need to be patched. The floor has been stripped down to bare metal, but the floor surface is rough. To do this right you should probably Rhino-line the floor, or use a mat. Mileage exceeds the odometer, not sure how many times this has rolled over. I'm guessing the rearend gears are .411's, but haven't removed the rear cover. Truck rides a little stiff, I'm guessing front/ rear coils have been heated or cut by previous owner. We're moving on March 11 and I have too many projects to take everything with us.
