It has the remainder of toyota factory warranty on hybrid system originallly for 8years/100k miles(10years/150k miles in carb states). We have driven this car a few hundred miles and its actual gas mileage is over 50MPG and this is the average of city and highway, it does around 53 in the city and 44 on the highway. It has never been into any major accident ever and has clean title history. Its in good exterior shape with no major dents on it, few minor scraches here and there but overall in good shape. Overall the car looks beautiful with all the gloss in nice black color. Interior on this car is in good shape and does not have any tears or rips, also no hard stains or burn spots. There are no signs/smells of smoke in it. A good interior detailing could make the interior look better by taking care of some regular use dirt spots. Its loaded with all the luxury features at package # 6 including TOYOTA NAVIGATION SYSTEM, STEERING WHEEL CONVENIENT CONTROLS, HID LIGHTS, smart key with keyless start system, JBL premius sound system with 6disc cd player, intgrated phone with bluetooth, dual front and dual side airbags, curtain airbags all the way front and rear, homelink system and much more. Mechanically its in very good shape and needs nothing serviced. There are no service indication lights on it that indicate a service required. There are no leaks on the manifold or exhaust system of this prius. Undercarriage is fine with no major rust on it, please see pictures. All electrical components such as power windows, locks, power mirros work fine on this vehicle. Tires are in fair shape with almost half the life left. No shakes or rattles on any speed. Good brakes that bring this prius to a complete, quick and quite stop with no pulsation. Air conditioner blows cold. Heat blows warm. Fee and Tax Information:

• NJ residents pay a state sales tax of 7%, all other state buyers don't owe us any sales tax. There is a documentation fee of $75 please add it to the vehicle price. A 20 days temp tags for out of state buyers are available at our dealership at the cost of $25 each, a proof of insurance is required for the issuance of those tags.
• An immidiate deposit of $400 is due at the time of sale on ebay. Final payment must be recieved by no later than seven days of the closing of the auction. Final payment must be in the form of certified US funds made out to EXCELLENCE AUTO INC,. If final payment is not recieved within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the sale, forfeight the deposit and relist the vehicle. Any question please ask before bidding.
