Beautiful restored super clean 1937 LaSalle Sedan for sale. All new period correct wool interior including seats, headliner, door panels & carpet, in perfect condition. All new painted dash, interior window frames, heater and speaker box. Freshly painted steering column and shifter. All new re-chromed dash trim that looks fantastic. Gauges are in excellent working condition with the exception of the disconnected radio and non-working clock. 44000 miles since V8 engine rebuild. Mechanically perfect. Remarkably tight steering and handling, free from rattles and squeaks. Stops, shifts, and drives great! This is a fun, fast and reliable old car that has no problem keeping up at 70mph. Elegant dove gray repaint (5 years old) in excellent condition with no dents and hardly any nicks or scratches. Extra nice running boards, door sills, and super clean trunk. Very nice stainless and chrome bumpers. A few small pot metal trim items show some age. Other than the front windshield that has some light fogging in the corners, the rest of the glass is in very good condition. (has a classy light tint) Excellent weather stripping and rubber. Brand new classic style latch seat belts, (driver and passenger.) New turn signals. Five new wide white wall tires and new California car cover. Includes original LaSalle sales brochure/ads and 1937 YOM CA license plates. This is an exceptional LaSalle for the price that is a pleasure to own and drive. Appraised in January 2011 for $23,500.
