Vehicle Detail

Description: 1965 CHRYSLER 300 2 door hard top, not a letter car, but the standard 300, but with a bucket seat interior, many new parts such as carpet, vinyl top, new head liner, new heater core puts out lots of heat when needed, The radio worked when I first got the car, but didn’t after the heater core was replaced as it had to replace the core from inside the dash, might just be a loose wire not connected back up, new front windshield all other glass is fine with no issues. It has 14 inch bias ply Coker tires 14 x 8.50, and it has its original correct 300 hubcaps on it, runs okay this is a car that you can buy and drive, not over priced, or a piece of back yard junk. Clear New Mexico title in my name. ........HERE IS THE VIN INCASE YOU NEED THAT C253233342 It has a 383 V-8 single exhaust, 4 bl the carb has been recently rebuilt as well the preveious owner had the top of the motor rebuilt, such as valve job and etc but did not do any thing with the bottom end fine but does use some oil, the automatic transmission is fine, it is column shift, not a push button as 1964 was the last yr for that and it also has power steering, power brakes, the turn siginals have never work for me, most likely in the steering column, the A/C will need to be recharged and it may work no promises there as that is the way it was when I bought the car, all belts and hoses have been recently replaced the interior is all white with new black carpet . I drive the car a couple of times a year to get gas and such but that is about it. But it sits in a covered Car Port most of the time. ****I AM NOT A DEALER HIDEING AS A PRIVATE SELLER OR SELLING FOR SOME ONE ELSE YOU ARE BUYING AND DEALING WITH THE OWNER ON THE TITLE. SO NO SURPRIZES AT THE END OF THE AUCTION WHEN YOU WIN*** Being a Southwest car the dash does have a couple of cracks in it pretty standard with cars being in a sunny envoirment several of my photos show that, and the Velcro tabs on the edge of the dash are to hold the dash mat in place. All of the dash gauges work, it has fuel, and alt gauges the rest are the idiot lights. The speedometer works and shows 19,332 miles most likely went around once in its life time so ad another 100,000 to make a total of 119,332. The back seat is all original but will need to be re-done at some time, Legendary car interiors sells a complete kit for the front and rear seats. Both front seats have been recovered at some point in the past and are still quite useable and presentable as shown in my photos. Another one of my photos shows drivers side the door panel, the pass side is in the same condition Its nearly a 40 yr old car and will need some TLC. Just to many new parts to list and it will need paint the sides I can still polish and get a shine, the hood and trunk have gone flat many years ago, it is going to need to be repainted, to make it right and has no known body damage other then the usual parking lot nicks and dings. It has always been a white car with a vinyl top. None of the pot metal trim has pits on it . The 300 logo on the quarter panel on the drivers side, the bottom of the 3 is missing, the pass side is just fine, a used part sometimes showing up on eBay. All chrome is great drivers quality. The only rust I could really find that might need a small repair, is behind the rear tire area as shown in one of my photos that is on both sides of the car, The rocker panels are solid as is the rest of the car. This is not Midwest or East coast rust, just surface rust that few holes have worked there way in about the size of a 50 cent piece. This car was sold new at Loyld Mckee in Albuquerque New Mexico and has spent its entire life in a around Albuquerque and Santa Fe. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ASK IF THE CAT IN THE BACK WINDOW GOES WITH THE CAR, SURE WHY NOT, ITS KIDS STUFFED CAT, FOR GOT TO TAKE IT OUT WHEN I TOOK THE PICTURE, THE TOY CAT IS WORTH THE PRICE OF THE CAR ISNT IT ??
