History: For the past 2 years, I've only been driving the Volvo 2 to 3 times per week on average because I bought a new car at the end of 2008. The Volvo is in good condition and runs well. I thought it would be nice to own two cars, but with the current status of the economy and my recent life changes: getting married, buying a house, and having a child, I cannot afford to maintain two cars. My parents purchased the Volvo in 1998 while my step dad was stationed in Germany, and they eventually sold it to me in 2007. My parents and I are the only two owners this car has had. Condition: The Volvo is in good condition and runs well. The car has been serviced regularly and different components have been replaced along the way. The interior is clean and in good condition. There are only a few stains. The electrical system is in good condition. The only thing that's quirky with the electrical system is when trying to lock or unlock the doors, sometimes all doors lock/unlock properly and sometimes only some of the doors lock/unlock properly. All doors can be locked/unlocked manually whenever this intermittent problem occurs. The HVAC unit is in good condition. The transmission is in good condition. The engine is in good condition. The two front tires have 3/16" of tread measured at center/middle of tire tread. The two rear tires, which are newer, have 1/4" of tread measured at center/middle of tire tread. The tires are in good condition. There are a few dings/dents on each side but are not that noticeable especially since the car received a paint job in 2007. I recently took the car to get washed and forgot to lower the radio antenna so it has a kink in it. The antenna is still intact and you can still listen to the different radio stations, but I don't know how long the antenna will remain in place since it can no longer retract. Features: The car comes with power door locks, power windows, power side mirrors, keyless entry remote, power trunk, and power gas cover. The car comes with a Panasonic CQ-C8405U Car Stereo In-Dash Receiver Unit w/ Remote. This in-dash unit has been equipped with an iPod cable so that you can connect your iPod to it and listen to your favorite music.This in-dash unit is included with the purchase of the vehicle because I removed the factory installed unit and have no idea where it is.
