I have a 2006 silver Toyota Tacoma 2WD for sale. The vehicle has approximately 197,000 miles. The truck gets 25 mpg and is a 4 cylinder. Plastic bed liner in the back. CD player and AM/FM stereo. Regular cab (no back seats). The truck does have hail damage on the hood, roof, and side of the vehicle. There is a rather large hail dent near the front right tire. Mechanically, the engine sounds fine and runs well. The odometer appears to have been replaced recently according to my Carfax and vehicle maintenance records. I purchased the truck and it was sold to me with "odometer discrepancy" marked on the title. The odometer currently shows 41,000 miles. The title is clear aside from this, and is not a salvage title. The vehicle does have some hail damage, and the windshield and possibly the instrument cluster were replaced because of it. I have very detailed maintenance records for the truck from 0 - 102,000 miles as it was serviced at a Toyota dealership. The dealership advised me it was excellently maintained up to this mileage (102,000 miles and 8/2008). After that, I have records showing the truck had service at 187,000 miles in 6/2010. Last odometer record shows 190,000 miles in 9/2010 according to Carfax. After that, the odometer discrepancy showed up. I am guessing that the hail damage may have caused the instrument panel to have to be replaced. I purchased the vehicle at auction, so I'm not exactly sure what happened to cause the issue, but I purchased it in 11/2010. That leaves about 2 months unaccounted for. I can provide the maintenance records from 0 - 102,000 miles to the buyer, including a copy of the carfax report. The truck has no issues, and has been running fine since I purchased it in 11/2010. On Feb-28-11 at 23:22:07 PST, seller added the following information: ALSO, I FORGOT TO MENTION THE FOLLOWING: 1: THE VEHICLE'S HORN DOES NOT WORK AND IT APPEARS TO BE A WIRING OR FUSE ISSUE. I HOOKED THE HORN ITSELF UP TO A BATTERY AND IT WORKS, BUT WHEN YOU PUSH THE STEERING WHEEL IT DOES NOT. 2. THE VEHICLE DOES HAVE FUNCTIONING A/C.
