PLEASE NOTE: I have changed the title from clear to "other" as I did not realize if there is a loan on the vehicle it does not have a clear title (my sincere apologies - this is the first time I have ever sold a vehicle with a loan on it). The title for the RX8 is held at our local credit union in Maryland. Anyone purchasing the vehicle would need to make the final payment (not the deposit) payable to the credit union. Upon successful bidding to purchase the car, we will give you our contact's name at the credit union to call for information so that we would not receive the final payment directly (security for you). Upon the credit union's receipt of the payment, we would immediately sign the title and the credit union would send the title directly to your bank or to you if you are not getting a loan to purchase the car. The credit union is aware that we are trying to sell our RX8. You are bidding on a beautiful like-new RX8 Shinka - 1 of only 1,500 Mazda made in 2006 in the copper red mica color. The finish on the car shines like brand new as she has been garaged her entire life. Has every option available in 2006 except for navigation. The interior is spotless as are the headliner and seats. She still has a bit of the new car smell. Current PA inspection good through October 2011. Engine is warranted through mid-2014. Her outer flaws are a 1/2 inch, 'very slight impression' ding on the rear driver's side 2nd door and some scrapes on the edges of the wheels. Please note: this RX8 has a 6-Speed Short-Shift Manual Transmission (I could not get the listing to change to manual rather than automatic). We are her second owners. We purchased this car in 2009 from a gentleman in Falls Church, VA who was returning home to Australia. He kept her clean and garaged and did not drive her in the winter when the roads were salted. We have treated her the same. As well as being beautiful, she is an absolute blast to drive - just like a new car - very smooth and solid, and handles perfectly.
