THIS IS PICK UP ONLY!! I WILL NOT SHIP UPDATE!!!! UPDATE!!!!!! I just took the bike out for a ride this morning and it is again leaking gas out the carb. I am taking an additional 100.00 off asking price because of this. Bike will now need to be picked up with a truck. Still starts and runs good, but is leaking fuel. I thought I had this problem fixed. I guess not. Here it is folks. Title on this bike says 67 but after research I am pretty sure this is a 68. This bike is in good running condition. This is a rare and I would say one of kind bike. I can almost guarantee that you will not see another biker on bike like this. This has been a great bike. I have owned it for the last six years and really enjoyed. It's a real conversation starter for sure. I am selling because my kids are older now and just don't have the time to ride it. The speedometer is broken. It was working when I got it but I never took the time to hunt down a speedometer that would fit the bike. The pegs could use new rubber The only thing that is different in the pictures of the bike is that the left rear view mirror broke and I needed to replace it. I replaced it with a similar style but it does not match exactly. The bike is a little weepy as my British mechanic says, so yes it leaks a little oil right now. But if you have ever owned a classic Triumph I guess you know that this is common with the classic English bike. I still think it could be fixed to leak less so I am knocking of a few hundred of the price so whoever buys it can have that looked at. Owning an older bike like this you have to tinker with them from time to time so it is good to know a mechanic who works on English bikes or can do it and enjoy it yourself. Carburetor is tuned and fixed as good as it can get without replacing. Has occasionally leaked a little gas then stopped. May need replacing. I have myself just put in 700.00 bucks getting it ready to sell. Here is a list of what my mechanic did to the bike. >>New vintage tires >> Drained leaked fuel from engine internals. >> Engine bottom tray removed and cleaned. >> Engine cleaned for oil leak inspection. But still leaks >> >> New Oil system flush and new oil with new old cavity clean up and gaskets/bolt/nuts >> >> New Battery >> New Battery acid added and charged >> All Electrical parts checked and inspected for proper operation. Some of the connector was removed and connected back up with proper operation. >> >> New point (ignition point replaced with new part and adjusted) >> >> Spark Plug Cleaned and gap adjusted >> >> New condenser >> >> New Battery strap >> >> Full rebuilt and machine work /tuning on carburetor with new rubber parts >> Ultrasonic cleaning/ dip cleaning/ cleaned enough to look like new parts >> Electrical problem diagnosed/connection cleaned, etc >> Fuel tank flushed/ cleaned >> Fuel pet cocks replaced with new >> Fuel filter/screen/ tubes, cleaned >>Clutch cable and mechanism has been serviced. >>Front Head light is fixed for both beams. Please E-mail me with any questions. This bike is sold AS IS!
