Title is listed as Rebuilt/Reconstructed - We purchased the vehicle 6 years ago with 53,000 original miles after it was Rebuilt/Reconstructed. We purchased the car from a dealer and we had no knowledge of the type of accident that caused the car to be reconstructed. We have driven the Jetta for 6 years running it for 99000 miles. Recently the oil pan has been damaged from a speed bump and our mechanic patched the oil pan instead of replacing it and the oil leaked out causing the engine to run very loud. It has been patched again but will need to be replaced. The engine will need to be rebuilt or replaced, it will run but it is very noisey. We have installed a new battery installed last month, 2 brand new tires 3 months ago. The other 2 tires are in good condition, interior is leather and is good condition, it has heated front seats.
