1962 FORD C850 pumper by John Bean NO RESERVE I am listing this truck and one other for one of our local volunteer fire departments. These trucks have been out of service and need some repair. The department has acquired a newer truck and needs to dispose of these. This yellow 1962 features: 534 cu in Gasoline engine 500 gallon tank 750gpm pump single stage bean pump Dual red hose reels, one complete with (foam?) gun as shown 12' roof ladder 24 extension ladder 2 sections 6" hard suction hose 700' of 3 inch supply hose Good tires Problem: believed to have a bad head gasket, no battery. vent window is broken. As per ebay rules, emergency lights and siren will be disabled unless sold to authorized buyer (fire department). This truck has a clean body. MILES STATED IN THIS LISTING IS A GUESS, I didn't see the odometer, most fire trucks have very low milage (but sometimes lots of hours) We could not locate an hour meter. Serious buyers can call the cheif at the numbers below for actual hours. Plan on towing this truck.
