1955 Chevy Sedan Delivery (not too many available for restoration these days) I need to start describing this classic with the frirst picture in this ad. This is what the 55 Delivery looked like when I decided to do a total restoration. I bought it and used it for my business car for several years, then took it apart, and bought many new parts for the restoration. Most of the new parts and replacement parts are shown in the pictures, but I just couldn’t get it all in. It has a 76 Firebird Sub-Frame (which is also the same as a 76 Camero), and a Jaguar Rear End. This Delivery sits a little lower than stock and rides so smooth, and turns sharp, and stops fast. It has no motor or trans, it’s a rolling chassis. I started removing the paint with razor blades, that’s why it looks like there’s different body parts on it, but they are the original parts except for the hood. There are many boxes of new chrome parts, rubber, seals, gaskets, and used parts like, inner fender wells, baffles, a new custom grill like the one in the first picture and an original grill in very good shape, and much more. The custom dash (shown in the pictures) uses Autometer Guages. And, there’s a spare VDO meter set in a box too. The under door rockers and the transmission hump need to be replaced (replacement panels included). I got involved with other things and could not continue on the project. Now I cannot finish it and I can’t take it with me, and must regretfully sell it. This 55 Delivery will look and drive AWSOME! Need someone to finish it!
