This motorcycle is as close to "as new" as you'll find. It's a beautiful Grandeur Blue with no fading. It's all original. This bike has never been down, always stored indoors, covered and has never even seen rain! All chrome, including exhaust system, is excellent and frame is rust free. It is completely stock except for the engine guard and windshield. Both of these can be easily removed for show. It also had the original ignition system upgraded with a Martek electronic system. This bike is an automatic 1st place in GL1000 stock at any Gold Wing rally. Purchased from original owner 2 years ago. Had a complete tune-up 1 year ago by a retired Honda mechanic who worked at a Honda dealership during the time these bikes were the only Gold Wings. Tires are about 80%. I have ridden it approx. 3,000 miles since owning it and it runs great. This is my 3rd GL1000 so I know how they should perform. Gauges, horn and lights all work. This was by far my nicest bike! Original sale brochures, owners manual and complete tool kit included. Located in Annandale, Minnesota which is 50 miles west of Mpls. I am new to selling on ebay and not familiar with payment and delivery options. So I would like to work directly with a buyer who can come here, pay cash and ride or trailer the bike. I also have a trailer and might be willing to deliver for a fee based on mileage. I was just trying to add that THE SEAT IS NOT ORIGINAL. I do have the original and the vinyl has two small splits on the top. Buyer will get both seats. I considered having the original recovered but like the look and feel of the aftermarket seat. After 2 live chats with ebay reps I was unable to get this edited. Sorry for any inconvenience.
