There aren't any notable dents or dings, and Autocheck shows no accident or flood history or any other problems. Exterior features include fog lamps and chrome wheels. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The interior is in very, very good shape. The leather seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in very good condition. Both front seats have power controls, lumbar, and heat. The driver's seat has memory settings. The rear seat is also in great shape. Rear passengers also have individually heated seats , plus their own A/C vents and temp control. This DTS has some very nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; power tilt and telescopic wheel ; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer; wood and leather steering wheel; and a whole lot more (see the chart at the top of the description) more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, traction control and ABS. There is a tire pressure monitoring system with individual readouts for each tire. There is a HomeLink gate / garage opener, and auto rearview mirror with compass display and OnStar. There's no sign that this car was ever smoked in - no smoke odor, no burn makes, and the lighter looks like it was never used. The trunk is clean and roomy. Mats are included. The DTS has the high-output version of the 4.6 liter V8, rated at 300 hp and 295 lb-ft or torque - it runs very, very well. The tires have good tread all the ay around. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
