This is a 1982 ford F100 short bed pick up truck. you hear all about barn finds. this is the real thing. bought from the original family. the truck was bought new in a small SW Georgia town, and spent it,s whole life there. the mileage is 65,040 original. that's 2,083 miles a year for 29 years. all original ford metal, no accidents, no visible dings or dents, original paint. has a small pull on right side of tailgate (in photo) have to look for it to see it. paint is faded on top of left front fender and spots on hood that's all I see. all factory side trim is present with no damage, not loose or falling off or glued on anywhere. the spare tire was never used and still has the manufactures marking on threads. the jack and handle are where ford put them when they built the truck and never moved. no bedliners in 82, but has the factory optional heavy moulded bed mat. The truck is equipped with a 302 V8, power steering and brakes, factory A/C, am/fm stereo radio. they all work and are ALL original. has all four original factory wheel covers. all the lights work, headlight, dash, directional, interior. the only change I can see is the a/c was upgraded to R134 and a 3 core radiator was upgraded. The truck was run at a idle for over one hour with the a/c on and NEVER overheated. the truck has the original owners Manuel and the warranty card. you are seeing the truck just as I got it. it was not washed, waxed, polished, or detailed in any way. the truck starts, runs, drives, shifts as it should. I would not hesitate to drive it any where. this is a real one family owned, never altered, or modified in any way. never towed a trailer. was never abused or driven hard. does it make a difference? yes and it shows it it,s original condition. reserve has been lowered below last auctions high bid.
