1996 e36 M3 3.2 Liter Inline 6 Exceptionally maintained, considering the high mileage the car looks and drives excellent. Over the years whatever the car needed I had addressed. Here is a basic write up of the things I've done and condition of the vehicle. -The car is virtually stock with the exception of the things I describe below. -Exterior of the vehicle is in very good shape shiny paint. Front bumper has lots of stone nicks, and a few random dings on both doors, quarters and fender (nothing crazy but they are there). -Interior of the vehicle is in very good shape as well with very minor wear to the driver seat outer bolster (very minor see photos). Carpets and mats are very clean. -Engine was professionally rebuilt, resurfaced cylinder head with all new valves and valve guides to the cylinder head (3 angle valve job). The short block was bored to fit oversized forged high compression pistons. Connecting rods were reconditioned. The crankshaft was magnafluxed, mic'ed and polished. The engine was rebuilt with all new engine bearings, timing chains, timing chain rails, oil pump, oil pump chain, tensioners, water pump, seals and gaskets. I have only run synthetic oil since the rebuild. 35k miles on engine. Upon rebuilding the engine I replaced the radiator, engine mounts, transmission mount. I had an aluminum lightweight flywheel installed & balanced with a new clutch kit. The car runs really strong. -The front suspension has had new struts installed, new lower control arms with bushings and ball joints and new sway bar link bushings. -The rear suspension has recently had the trailing arm bushings replaced. -The exhaust was replaced from the manifolds back including new catalytic converters, the rear muffler is an Ansa Sport. (Looks virtually stock with a little thoatier sound at idle, driving it sounds almost stock) -Tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left. -A/C works well This car has been my every day car for the past 8 years, drive this car home anywhere with confidence.
