I've decided to share my vast knowledge and most memorable and wonderful experiences with you. Because so many of you out there are buying cars and trucks on ebay for retail value. I've decide to sell at wholesale prices here on ebay.
When I go to the auctions to buy vehicle to stock my lot or list here on I'm purchasing this vehicle with little or no knowledge of past history. I'm relying strictly on my 35 years of experience and gut feeling. While some of you might say that's insane. We in the car business refer to this a "another day at the office"
Here is you chance to buy this 1998 BMW below wholesale price. Do the math and check the figures. you'll see what this car is worth and then you can select the buy it now and own it if you wish. Remember when buying wholesale you are not buying a guaranty. You are buying like the dealers buy. What you see it what you get. I will only say that this engine and transmission in this vehicle is in running condition. The body is shown in the photos and not frame rot. he rest is up to you to decide.

Ok let's say you win the item? Here's what happens next
1) PayPal will send you out a $500.00 invoice within a minute after you won the auction. you will be required to pay that non refundable deposit before we can proceed with anything else. As in Shipping quotes, where are you located so I can come up and pay the balance. Any and all of that information is and will be available to you after the deposit has been sent via paypal. ( Using paypal your funds are protected)
2) Once the deposit has been received, you can contact Sandi in the title department to process you paperwork. (508) 461 6500. She will have your information provided to us courtesy of Ebay Dealer Section. If your personal info is not current on ebay please make Sandi aware of this at that time. Or should you wish to title the vehicle under another name other then yours.
3) Moving right along. You have 7 days thereafter to finalize this sale. That is payment in full. Should you wish to pay cash in person for the balance owed. you may do so as long at it doesn't take longer then 7 days after the auction ended to get here. all items must be paid in full within 7 days after the sale ends Please note there will be a $150.00 additional document fee added to the winning bid. No exceptions to the rules Sorry!
4) Once the item is paid in full The paperwork will be handed to you or overnighted to you with a tracking number supplied to you. This will include the bill of sales, title, and any other paperwork we may have received with the vehicle.
5) We ask that you remove your purchase within 15 days after the sales ends and DON"T FORGET THIS!!!! We require a 24 hours advanced notice prior to picking up your item. whether it be you personally or any transport you may have hired. 24 hour notice in advanced. Once a 24 hours notice is given. you can pick you item up 24 hours a day in our super large lot. Plenty big enough for tractor trailer to get in here. We have them here all the time.
6) rule number 6 is the most important rule and that is this. Do not break rules 1-5

A $500.00 deposit via paypal is due within 24 hours after the auction ends and full payment within 3 days thereafter regardless of your plans to pick up the vehicle. Once payment has been received we will overnight the paperwork to your registered paypal address and email you the tracking number.
You may pick up your purchase 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. A 24 hour advanced notice is mandatory for all pickups. No exceptions.

Terms of the Sale
1) The winning bidder will be require to make the required non refundable deposit using pay pal within 24 hours after the auction ends (no exceptions)
2) The balance must paid within 7 days after the auction ends using certified funds, check, wire transfer, or money order before picking up the vehicle.
3) If you choose to pay the balance by cash in person and pickup your purchase at the same time. You must be in our office Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 4:00PM "NO LATER" "NO EXCEPTIONS" However the deposit must be received within 24 hours after the auction ends.
4) You can pick up you item any time 24/7 providing full payment has cleared.
5) We believe our terms are very simple and easy to follow. If you are uncertain about any of our terms please call us prior to bidding as we will not make any exceptions to our policy.
6) Failure to abide by our terms could result in us voiding the sale and reselling the item.Please do not assume anything....These are our terms. My office staff has been instruct to follow these terms to the letter. You will be expected to do the same.

About the vehicles we sell:
This vehicle like many vehicles we sell are acquired from different sources. Most of our listings are from private individuals that consign their vehicle with us. and others are dealer auctions, or new car trade in. Whichever the case may be, my point is this. All our vehicles are used vehicles and as in any used vehicle there may be issues. We may not be aware of these issues. The previous owner or consignor fails to complete the inspection report accurately. My point is this. We are not in business to cheat anyone out of their hard earned money. We are in business to make a living and keep our customers coming back to us because they felt they got a good deal. We hope this sale will be as such. Can I guaranty that every person will walk away happy? I can only say this. I give you my word that all known issues at the time of listing will be posted honestly in the description. I'll take this one step further and say should something go wrong after the sale? I'll do my best to work out a fair solution. Please consider having an independent inspection done. Ebay offers this service to help both the buyer ands seller from having disputes after the sale. The cost in minimum compared to the problems that could arise later.
Another question I've often been asked is... Can I drive this car home? or Will it make it to (wherever)? Honestly folks. The truth of the matter is this. I really don't know. How would I know? The description is written as accurately as can be. We do our best not to leave anything out. So please don't put us on the spot by asking a question we could not possible know the answer to.
