I have all the original parts, including -All chrome, tail lights, trim and badges replaced during the original restoration -All the original rims, tires (with like new tread) and hubcaps -Original factory AM stereo -All original engine components including valve covers, air cleaner etc... -Original rochester quadrajet carb, and a solid holley 650 is included as well -simply put, anything originally removed from the car is included Brakes are firm and reliable Crager 5 Spoke Rims will be included with the car as well. The car is absolutely a rock solid driver, it had a restoration over 12 years ago and is in need of another, but looks really good as is. -The seats, dash, and chrome components in the interior are perfect. -The outside of the car has a bit of rust in the wheel wells, and a bit on the rocker panels, just the places you expect rust with a 1966 The car was a project I purchased quite a while ago and after 2 tours in Iraq and another coming up, I haven't gotten around to restoring it as I wished, and don't have the heart to watch her sit around without the care she deserves. Hopefully someone can give this baby a new home and love her the way I have. She is an absolute classic and these cars are extremely rare, the last of the truly classic impala body style, before everything got curvy for the impala...lol. Buyer Requirements -$500 at auction end -Certified Check/Cash in hand at pickup (vehicle leaves when check is cleared) I am assuming the buyer will pick up the car so if shipping is needed, shipping the car will be at the buyers expense. I would prefer the buyer see the car in person. Serious bidders only please, if you are bidding I'm sure you know what you are looking at. On Jan-25-11 at 17:37:28 PST, seller added the following information: I know my location says Pittsburg, KS but I'm actually selling the car here in El Dorado, KS On Jan-25-11 at 18:50:14 PST, seller added the following information: I was asked to comment on the condition of the door panels. The door panels are easily the weakest part of the interior with considerable abuse at the very bottom of them. Everything else is in pretty good shape. Also, the cruise control is currently not hooked up, it should be a vacuum issue, and should be able to be re-connected. The vacuum was plugged off during tuning when the carb/intake was done, and I never hooked it back up. On Jan-28-11 at 12:25:39 PST, seller added the following information: Front tires are nearing replacement time, back tires are in good shape. On Jan-29-11 at 20:45:53 PST, seller added the following information: I am including the data plate for this car, so the build codes can be seen. The transmission code reads as a 2-spd Powerglide, to my knowledge the transmission is original to the car. But I also understand that Chevy was notorious for getting their data plates wrong, please take this information into consideration.
