We drove and looked over the Chrysler Town and Country and I’ll tell you everything we know about it: The 3.8L 6 Cylinder engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The set of tires have a lot of thread on them. The oil & filter were changed this week. There aren’t any service warning lights on, and this car runs and drives beautifully. Each and every power option in this car is working correctly. This includes all of the power windows, door locks, seats, etc. The air conditioning is cold, and the heater works just as well. The Surround stereo system sounds excellent. This Town and country has a beautiful looking " Graphite Metallic" finish. The paint is glossy over the entire body. The interior of this Town and country is clean and in excellent condition. The Leather is soft and supple; the carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout. There aren’t any rips, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting with the exception of the drivers seat and floor mat which have a little wear. All interior trim is tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks. • This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed location in PENNSYLVANIA.


• Please do not bid if you do not know you have the financial ability to carry out the purchase. If you don't already have guaranteed approved financing please contact us before bidding.


• If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges.


• The winning bidder must pay a $300 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction if in USA. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if 254 MOTORS INC.. fail to complete the transaction for any reason.


• The winning bidder must complete the sale within 7 days of close of auction. If this will not be possible you must contact us to make other arrangements. If not we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and/or sell it locally.


• This used vehicle is sold AS IS according to Pennsylvania law.


• Please note that due to Test Drives and use the stated mileage might vary slightly


• Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to Pennsylvania DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries.


• Pennsylvania residents are required to physically complete the relevant DMV paperwork and pay taxes. The buyer may request an independant mechanical inspection at their own expense. The buyer agrees to give 254 MOTORS INC. a copy of the inspection report and an oppourtunity to address any issues found.


• We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars. We can accept payments from recognized financial institutions such as Credit Unions.


• We reserve the right to cancel this auction without notice.


• We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with negative or very low feedback.


• We reserve the right to cancel bids from Ebay accounts without valid contact information.


• We reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, to sell it to the next highest bidder or to sell it to a non-Ebay buyer if the winning bidder is unable to comply with these terms of sale.


• By bidding you agree to this binding contract. Breach of such contract shall be resolved under Pennsylvania State law
