Up for sale is a rare 65 Gran Prix. It's loaded with options. I have the PHS that indicates that it is 1 of 876 produced with the 421 Tri-Power. The PHS has a footnote on the front cover page that states it is a gold interior car, which I suppose means it is pretty rare. PHS says it came with 8 lug wheels and they are still on it. They consist of (5) 8-lug wheels, (5) trim rings, and (3) center caps. The original 421 engine and tri power set up is gone but it has a 69 428 Engine that goes with it. It still has the Texas lience plates on the front and rear bumpers, the car looks like it still has Texas dust on it. The body looks pretty straight and rust free with the exception of the usual trunk rust. Floor boards look pretty good the best that I can see. There is some bondo in the body but it doesn't appear to have been killed. The trim looks surprizingly above average, not perfect but better than most I've seen. It has the factory bucket seats, tachometer, console and gauges, power windows, and A/C. I don't have a title but it will make a good car to restore or just use for parts. It does not run so it will have to be winched upon pickup. Serious bidders only please. If you have less than 95% positive feedback, please pass on by. I will not accept PayPal on this, sorry.
