This is a great looking Ranchero that has not let me down as a daily driver around town, but I have a new car now and no longer need it.. FIRST OFF, it's a revived title, but it is in my hands and tags are up to date. Previous owner said the car had a wreck a few years back, but the body and frame show little if any signs... It's a pretty solid truck, the previous owner and myself put quite a few hours into restoring it! It has an inline 6 (which the PO said was 'recently rebuilt') with a three speed manual transmission on the column (3-on-the-tree) which slips in third under hard acceleration, but shifts smooth and perfect otherwise. If you drive it normal at normal throttle, there is no slip in the clutch... It's got some work to go to make it a show car, but it is a cool rat-rod as is and a reliable car to get you around locally. The wipers work (slowly because they're vacuum powered), headlights work, heater works, bench-seat could use some love, and new defrost box (plastic) will need to be hooked-up because it was recently purchased to replace the cardboard one. New CD player will be included if auction hits $1,500.00 and shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense. Do not expect to take this on the freeway faster than 55mph, but it WILL top out at 70mph if you really push it. Comes with some extra parts. 91,xxx on the ODO, but don't know if it's actual...
