Automatic This 2003 Jaguar XK8 Convertible offers a great combination of luxury, sport, and open-air touring. It comes with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, including an Alpine audio system and rear park assist. It is in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs great. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. Jaguar calls this light blue metallic color "Zircon" The Autocheck report shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The top is in excellent shape with no stains, holes or tears. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat has memory. Both front seats are also individually heated. The rear seat is also very nice. This Jaguar has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Power tilt & telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Cold auto air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. This car has an Alpine AM/FM/Cassette stereo with steering wheel controls. The wood trim is all in very good shape. Safety features include ABS, traction control and dual air bags. Common flaws found in this generation of XK8 include discolored rearview mirrors and non-functioning cup holders and ash tray lids. This car does not have those problems. There is a 6 disc CD changer in he trunk The auto rearview mirror has a compass display and controls for the HomeLink gate / garage opener are overhead. The manual is with the vehicle. The trunk is clean and roomy. The boot for the top is with the car (the spots towards the left side of the picture are just water drops on the camera lens, sorry) This 4.0 liter V8 runs very well. Its rated at 294 hp and 303 lb-ft of torque. Current mileage on the car is 80,921. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
