The car has been very well maintained and has no mechanical problems under my ownership. The Cadillac was installed with a Monster lift including shocks/struts and springs to fit 26” rims. [Pictures shown below]. I can no longer maintain owning two vehicles at once and have to part ways with this Cadillac. I honestly don't want to sell this car but I'm in a financial bind and can use the money. Please contact me if you have any questions and I will respond promptly providing as much information you may need about the Cadillac. Here are some details I can provide about the Cadillac. CADILLAC’S EXTERIOR: -The vehicle was kept in the garage away from the sun. -The body of the car is in perfect condition and has NO dents. -The Moon roof motor may need to be fixed because it does NOT slide back but it CAN open UP and DOWN. -There are some light scratches on the top area of the trunk which was there prior to me owning the Cadillac. -ALL 4 windows [Driver, Passenger & both Rear] works perfectly. -The spoiler is a stock model that comes with this Cadillac model. CADILLAC’S INTERIOR: -The Cadillac comes with a stock single CD sound system with AM/FM radio which works perfectly. -The interior leather seats are in great condition with normal wear over the lifetime of the car. -There are NO RIPS or TEARS on any of the seats. -All four seats are heated and work perfectly. -Power controls with all windows, side view mirrors and power locks all works perfectly. -Air Conditioning and Heating works great NO issues with it at all. ENGINE: -32 Valve Northstar engine 4.6 liter runs really great with POWER! The engine NEVER had any leaks or strange sounds of any kind. I NEVER had a single problem with the engine since I’ve own the Cadillac. RIM’S AND TIRES: -Monster lift was installed to fit the 26 inch rims and tires. -Despite the size of the rims and tires they were installed properly to maneuver through the streets, roads, and freeway normally. -The wheel may come in contact with the body of the car if steering wheel is overturned. Individuals who have owned vehicles with large rims and tires should be familiar with this. -Rims and tires are brand new and probably only has been driven under 200 miles. MISCELLANEOUS: -Mileage is only at 110,692. -The Cadillac did not come with an Alarm System BUT I do have one brand new in a box ready to install, which I was planning on just giving away to the winning bidder/buyer. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP OR SHIPPING COST AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE IF LIVING LOCALLY OR OUTSIDE SELLER’S LOCATION. LOCAL PICK UP: Once payment is cleared the seller will contact buyer ASAP for proper location to complete the transaction with handing over the vehicle, keys, and pink slip. If dealing with CASH, Seller advises that both parties should be accompanied with a partner to witness the completion of transaction when meeting in person. Buyer is once again responsible for the transportation and expenses to have the vehicle delivered or shipped to the. You can enter 94590 or 94601 for a general location of seller’s location and compare it to yours. OPTION TWO: Buyer can search the Yellowpages to find vehicle shipping and transporting companies in Vallejo, Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, Hayward, San Leandro, or in any general Bay Area in California. Buyer can ask that company for a quote for shipping and handling cost to the buyer’s location. The Seller and Buyer MUST agree with which Transporting/Shipping Company will be used. i.e. If the Company is in Los Angeles the Seller will not drive the vehicle nearly 400 miles south of CA just to drop off the car. OPTION THREE: Buyer can fly out to Seller’s location and rent a truck to drive the vehicle back to the Buyers home location. If other OPTIONS for shipping and handle are available to the buyer they are free to use that option as well and work it out the seller. DISCLAIMER: All sales are FINAL!
