For sale is a 1973 BMW 2002 Verona (red) exterior with black interior, Almost all stock down to the carpets, no rust on the exterior (a little rust in the spare tire well). The car has about 150k miles. I purchased this car new in 1973 in Seattle and it has been in Dallas, Texas for the past 34 years (hence the lack of rust). Its been primarily driven on weekends as an extra car. The car is mostly stock except for when OEM parts were not available (carb and exhaust) and in this case I have the original parts ready for rebuild/reinstall. Car has been garaged everyday since it was purchased new. I have all the maintenance and repair records even the original bill of sale. I added A/C in 1986 but do not use it, it could be functional with new seals and a coolant recharge. Very straight body, all panels are straight and clean, there is a minor dent on the trunk edge and some slight bumper damage on the rear passenger side. The driveline is in excellent condition, and has been maintained by a reputable independent BMW facility in Dallas. The interior is all original except the radio, the seats are well broken in, and could use some shoring up, but the covers are in good condition. This car has a clean title, is registered and has valid safety inspection.
