Vehicle Detail

For Sale is my 1962 International Scout 80. Engine was rebuilt in 1999 at the odometer reading of 71,341. After that it was just used to come down from Crystal Mountain in Colorado to check the mail during winter. I brought it to Alabama on a trailer. Just put a new clutch and fuel tank switch in this summer. Runs great, just has a little trouble starting and one of the gas lines is clogged at the tank ( I just run it from the other tank). Four wheel drive works. Great little fishing truck, sorry to see it go. I have all the engine rebuild receipts and the odometer still works. Comes with tan Travelall top (the full size top) and removable window frames with sliding glass. I also have snow chains for it! Feel free to shoot me questions. Local pickup only. Sold as is. Paypal or cash at pickup (with paypal deposit). On Jan-16-11 at 11:56:12 PST, seller added the following information: I could be able to bring the Scout to you on a car carrier for a reasonable fee. Just ask. On Jan-19-11 at 09:03:47 PST, seller added the following information: I got a few questions this morning about rust on the Scout and sent out this reply. Thank you all for your interest. Good morning, I took a few more pictures of the Scout as you requested. To bring it back to original, the body does need some work. This Scout is almost 50 years old. I've enjoyed driving it as is and never intended to restore it. Four wheel drive works great. I believe the starter is fine, it is just slow to crank. When you pop the clutch, it will run all day with the choke pulled out just a little. I have done my best to represent the Scout as I see it and would be glad to answer anymore specifics. Thank you for your interest. In addition, I think the worst rust that I see is in the bed near the tail gate. There has been some body work done (before I owned it) in the past that I will show in the new pictures that I post.
