Up for sale is my 2006 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ. This is an all wheel drive model SUV. I am the original owner. This Suburban has never been in a wreck and is in very good condition. I have used it for my limousine service in and around the Baltimore area. I have used Mobil One fully synthetic oil since new. It has been and continues to be a wonderful Sport Utility Vehicle. It has 163 thousand miles most of which are hiway miles. It has given me no problems and has the original engine and transmission. The transmission was services at 150k with complete filter and fluid change. The only problems this vehicle has: Most of the lights in the steering wheel control are out, Has some chrome peeling on the running boards (see pics), Has some small area surface rust on the underside of the tailgate and hood (see pics). Drivers seat has small separation in the seam of the leather.Tires are good but maybe half worn.( I replaced them with the OEM tires) (left front is a more worn, had to replace the idler arm not long ago), The set that is on it now are only the second set of tires and I got 114k out of the first set. (Hiway miles count). This is the LTZ model with all the options, it has: Bose sound system, built in navigation, rear dvd with two headsets, leather seats, Heated Seats, All wheel drive, Sunroof, side impact air bags, Remote start, Alarm system, Vortec 6000 V8 engine. Heated power fold in mirrors, The real tire pressure monitor system (lets you look at each tire), Xm satellite radio, CD (in dash 6cd player, DVD, Rear seat audio control (kids can watch dvd with headsets while you listen to radio), 20inch chrome wheels, Luggage rack, I have tried to describe the vehicle to the best of my ability but as with any vehicle you should come and personally inspect it if you are able.
