The beefy 327 with tuned-port fuel injection makes big power (about 350 horses) and delivers it in a smooth and linear manner.  This is no loud and rough-running "hot-rod."  This is a gentleman's cruiser with the performance and handling of a modern sports car to back it up.  The car shifts, stops, and steers better than new.  The red interior is to die for, with comfortable seats, tilt & telescopic steering, and lots of eye candy.  The body is super straight with no cracks up top and no rust underneath.  The paint is still beautiful despite a few minor scratches and knicks.  This is one of the best of its kind you will ever see.  Don't let it pass you by! NOTE: The seller has two sets of wheels and tires for this car.  The ones currently on the vehicle are the '76 Corvette Aluminum rims with BF Goodrich Advantage GT Tires.  The other set are the original '56 Corvette style wheels with hubcaps and whitewall tires (see some of the pictures near the bottom of the thumbnails below).  The winner will receive their choice of wheel/tire sets installed on the car.  If desired, the winner can have both sets of wheels and tires for an additional $1000 above the winning bid. TERMS OF SALE: Please remember that a bid is a legally binding contract to buy the vehicle if you are the high bidder--just as in auctions you physically attend.  The terms listed below are part of that contract, and a bid constitutes acceptance of these terms.  Please don't bid unless you are serious--it costs time and money to list vehicles on eBay: At least a $1000 DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS, or the vehicle may be re-listed or offered to an under-bidder, and an unpaid item report will be filed with eBay.  The balance must be paid within 2 WEEKS.  Full payment or deposit is accepted in the form of money order, cashier's check, wire transfer, or cash.  PAYPAL IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES.
